Competitors must be ready for their category no later than 30 minutes before the start of the category.
The draws for the Seniors will be announced after the weigh-in, as well as the kata lists after document control.
WEIGHT CONTROL and DOCUMENTS CONTROL - only for SENIORS (in the hall - at the entrance for coaches):
Friday:
20:00-22:00 weigh-in and document control for kata and kumite for Seniors (for competitirs who will arrive on friday)
Saturday:
08:00-> SENIORS KATA - document control (at latest 1 hour befors start of categorie)
09:00-> SENIORS KUMITE weigh-in control* (at latest 1 hour befors start of categorie)
*Weight tolerance for Seniors is 0,7kg in the lower part of the kimono, t-shirt and barefoot. All Seniors who do not pass weigh-in control can make change of category without cost.

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
Karate mitts, shin pads and foot protectors, body protectors and gum shields are mandatory for all competitors in kumite (including body protectors for Boys/Girls categories). For female Cadet/Junior/U21/Senior competitors is also mandatory to wear female chest protector. Groin guards and face masks are optional. Protective Equipment need to be of WKF type, but does not need to be WKF approved.
GENERAL RULES:
All the necessery information concerning each competitor is obtained from passport or official document. All competitors must have a medical examination no older than 6 months, and the clubs and coaches who register competitors are responsible for complying with this rule. All competitors enter this competition at their own risk. Organizer is absolved of any claims, wich may arise however so caused (possible injuries, diseases, infections or any other form of threat to health and material damage). In case there is less than 4 competitors in one category, Organizer has right to join categories. With registration to tournament clubs authorize Organizer of the event to use images, photos, videos and the names of their competitors and other members of club delegations for the sport activities and publications of karate, related to the event, without monetary compensation. By registering for the competition, clubs and competitors accept all rules, terms and conditions of the competition.
AWARDS:
Medals, trophies for team categories, big trophy for best club.
