COMPETITION SCHEDULE:

08:30 Arrival of competitors, registration and payment of fee
09:30 Judges' assembly
09:45 Opening
10:00 Start of kata competition – all together
12:30 Break
13:00 Start of kumite competition – younger categories
15:00 Start of kumite competition for cadets, juniors, U21, seniors and veterans
20:00 Estimated end and closing of the tournament

Detailed schedule by categories (with tatami numbers) will be published under Time Table and on the draw sheets.  
Competitors must be ready for their category no later than 30 minutes before the start of the category.

RULES:

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
Karate gloves, shin and foot protectors, body protector and mouthguard are mandatory for all competitors in kumite (including the body protector for all boys/girls age groups). For female competitors cadets/juniors/U21/seniors, chest protectors are also mandatory. Groin protectors and face masks are optional. Protective equipment must be designed in WKF style but does not need to have the WKF mark (WKF approved).

RULES - GENERAL:

Competitors prove their age with an identity card or passport. All competitors must have a medical examination not older than 6 months, and clubs and coaches registering competitors are responsible for compliance with this provision. Competitors participate at their own risk. The organizer does not bear any responsibility for possible injuries, illnesses, infections or any other form of health threat and material damage. In case of fewer than 4 competitors in a category, the organizer reserves the right to merge categories. By registering for the competition, clubs authorize the organizer to use photos, videos and names of competitors and other members of club delegations free of charge for marketing sports activities and publications of karate articles related to the competition itself. By registering for the competition, clubs and competitors accept all competition conditions.
